If you are using standard backup (activated by default for Lotosus customers), your backups are stored on the same server where your website is located.
However, if you are using a cloud backup service, your backups are stored on the remote server. In case of a server crash where the backup disk drive becomes inaccessible, your backups will be restored from the remote server immediately. You won’t need to re-build your site if your account is damaged – we will do everything for you.
Every Lotosus client can encrypt his or her email data (free of charge) using our SSL certificate.
In order to do that, the following configuration should be used:
Incoming mail server: host.lotosus.com
Outgoing mail server: host.lotosus.com
Incoming server (POP3) port: 995
If your site is down for more than 10 minutes,* please contact us immediately and we will solve this in a matter of seconds!

Select any script you want to install (listed on the left) and follow the instructions.
