We can transfer your hosting accounts from old server if it's running WHM/cPanel.
To transfer your accounts, please submit transfer request to Lotosus support team and include this information (you may simply copy the form below):
Server IP address:
Account username:
Account password:
Please note: You need to repeat this step for each account you want to transfer. If you want to transfer accounts under your reseller account, please submit details for each account too. We can not transfer other accounts if you provide us only your main account username and password.
Also make sure you did NOT create these accounts on our server, otherwise transfer will fail. If you created accounts on our server, please TERMINATE them before submitting transfer request.
