If you feel your website is down, please use Traceroute tool which is available at http://www.dnsstuff.com/ website to check if your server is really down.
Enter your domain into Traceroute field and click Traceroute button. You will see something like this: Tracert to yourdomain.com. If you see something like [Reached Destination] - [Router did not respond], it means server is running fine and you have some problems with your ISP (Internet service Provider). Please wait several minutes and try again. If problem still exists, please contact your ISP or Lotosus support team for investigation.
