Cloud Backup is an advanced backup service for Lotosus customers to protect their data from loss.
If you are using standard backup (activated by default for Lotosus customers), your backups are stored on the same server where your website is located.
However, if you are using a cloud backup service, your backups are stored on the remote server. In case of a server crash where the backup disk drive becomes inaccessible, your backups will be restored from the remote server immediately. You won't need to re-build your site if your account is damaged - we will do everything for you.
